) Sites exceeding srednedopustimuyu load (5% ofthe CPU and 10% of RAM) can be blocked if the pre-situation is not resolved with the client to the best(change the tariff plan at a higher or removal /optimization scripts causing severe strain)
8) The client is obliged to pay at , to know theremaining number of paid days and can extend aHosting Billing panel, in failing to promptly pay clienthosting services we can offer you a deferredpayment, for this you need to contact us with yourlogin and the fact that payment is temporarilydelayedwe will give you respite for up to 3 days , ifpayment is not made on time and that account isblockedremoved after 3 days!
) For failure to pay for the hosting account isdeleted. Backup (Res. copy of the site) shall bedeposited from 10 to 30 calendar days after deletingthe account. Rights and obligations of the parties:
1. Customer agrees not to violate generally acceptedrules of conduct on the hosting and the internet.
2. Violation of generally accepted rules of conductby the client on the hosting and the internet mayresult in termination of our services in general.
3.. We have the right to refuse service to a clientwhen it involves a deterioration in the quality ofservices provided to other customers.
4. Weare not liable for losses caused by someone orsomething intentional or unintentional actions of theclient.
5. We are not responsible for damagescaused to the client through no fault of the hosting
6. We are not responsible for damages caused by thetemporary unavailability of services to the hostingserver, client-related technical problems (such as thework on improving the server and software, hackerattacks, data center problem, routing, etc.).
7.We are not responsible for damages caused by forcemajeure.
. We are not responsible for your use scriptspurchased or downloaded from third parties, or atunknown sites. We are not responsible for the safetyof your data using any scripts! (We are not adeveloper nor a software or script. (!) Therefore, all questions to the authors or developersof scripts that you use.
9. We have the right tochange these rules without prior notification client.
P.S. Technical support is NOT required to:
1.Configure the client to install scripts, which he forsome reason can not install it yourself.
2.Configure the Web server to the needs of the client(this Shared hosting, custom settings are needed,take the VDS or Dedicated).
Teach the client how to use server-side applications.(Is the source: the Internet! It can raise your level ofknowledge).
4. Backup data to do in case ofloss of customer negligence.
5. Conductintimate conversations on ICQ and E-mail.
6. Provide technical support to third parties.
